Who I am

I’m Dr Fatemeh (Fatemeh Rezaei-Sajadinia), a UK-based Doctor of Physical Therapy, physiotherapist, author and mental fitness coach.

I am responsible for the personal information collected through my newsletter.

What information I collect

When you subscribe to my newsletter, I collect your email address.

My newsletter provider, Kit, may also record information relating to your subscription, such as when you signed up, when you confirmed your subscription, and email delivery and engagement information.

How I use your information

I use your email address to send you the newsletter you have chosen to receive.

My newsletters may include:

Practical mind–body wellbeing information and educational resources.
Personal reflections, inspiration and research insights.
Professional news, achievements and announcements.
Invitations and information about my programmes, services, books and communities.

The legal basis for sending these emails is your consent.

Subscribing is entirely voluntary, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

How your information is stored

I use Kit, an email marketing and newsletter management platform, to securely manage subscribers and distribute my newsletters.

Kit and its service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Kit describes the legal safeguards it uses for international transfers in its privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Sharing your information

I do not sell my subscriber mailing list or provide it to unrelated businesses for their own marketing.

Information is processed by Kit and its authorised service providers to operate the newsletter.

Email engagement information

Kit may provide information about email delivery, opens and link clicks. Such information can help me understand the performance of my newsletters. Any optional tracking will be subject to applicable privacy and consent requirements.

How long I keep your information

I retain your subscription details while you remain subscribed.

If you unsubscribe or request deletion, I will remove your information from active newsletter marketing, subject to any limited records that must be retained to honour your preferences or meet legal obligations.

Your privacy rights

Under applicable UK data protection law, you may have the right to:

Request access to your personal information.
Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected.
Request deletion or restriction of your information.
Object to the use of your information for direct marketing.
Request data portability where applicable.

Unsubscribing

Every newsletter will include an unsubscribe link.

You can unsubscribe at any time without giving a reason, and you will no longer receive newsletter marketing emails from me.

Your choice

Providing your email address is voluntary. You are not legally or contractually required to subscribe, but I need your email address to deliver the newsletter.

I do not use newsletter subscriber information to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

Changes to this notice

I may update this notice if my newsletter services or data protection practices change.
